He was born November 28, 1942 in Pekin to James E. and Lois I. (Conn) Dunn. His parents preceded him in death. He also was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Surviving are two daughters, Deidra Dunn of Lexington, KY and Rebekah Smith of Fort Worth, TX; two grandchildren, Bryson Smith and Sophia Smith; two sisters, Jean (Steven) Provin of Pekin and Diane Dunn of Peoria and one brother, David (Judy) Dunn of Pekin.
Patrick had owned and operated his own taxi and delivery service. He loved to read and travel.
No services or visitation are planned. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
