She was born December 6, 1959 in Peoria to James and Patricia (Schaub) Donahoe. She married Mike Freeman on September 22, 1984 in Pekin. He survives
Also surviving is one son, Erik Freeman of Peoria; two step-daughters, Shannon Lock and Corie (Chip) Butterfield both of Pekin; five grandchildren, Cherokee Lock, Dakota Lock, Grady Rowden, Alexis Arnold and Dylan Freeman; two great-grandchildren, Izrah and Everly; two aunts, Dorothy Musick and Joanne McHenry, one uncle, Tom Schaub and a nephew, Mike Donahoe.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James Donahoe Jr.
Peggy worked as a manager at Riviera Tan for many years. She loved to travel and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Visitation will be on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Davison-Fulton Woolsey Funeral Home in Pekin. Cremation will be accorded following the visitation.
