

She was born August 7, 1959 in Jacksonville to Duane and Nona Mae (Butler) Perry.
Surviving are her father of Lincoln; one son, Michael (Sammy) Voight Jr. of Armington; two daughters, Christina Talbert and Jennifer (Jason) Stafford, both of Pekin; 21 grandchildren, Trace and Jermey Voight, Hayley, Julia, Victoria and Dalelany Sohn, Izaiah, Anaiah, Ethan, Owen, Elizabeth and Adilynn Stafford, Domninic, Leland and Alexandria Fox, Dylan Innis, Jacob, Cash, Taylor and Riley Cady and Arlow Innis; her partner's children, Tony Innis of East Peoria, Joseph (Jamie) Innis and Karrie (Mike) Cady, both of Pekin; two sisters, Kathy Dale of Lincoln and Janice (Tom) Sexton of Mason City; one brother, Dennis Perry of St. Louis, Missouri; three nephews and two nieces.
She was preceded in death by her mother; one grandson, Andrew Stafford, one great-grandson, Xander Voight; one brother; Walter Perry and life partner, Jeffery Innis.
Penny was a clerk at Walmart for many years and worked as a CNA for many years in Pekin.
Penny enjoyed diamond art painting, playing bingo, doing water aerobics at the YMCA and spending time with her grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 2 pm Sunday, September 11, 2022 at Parkway Assembly of God on 1209 North Parkway Drive, Pekin, Illinois, 61554. Officiated by Pastor Chris Clark.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
