He was born January 23, 1959, in Pekin to Herbert Thomas and Laura Elizabeth (Finley) Sutton. He was preceded in death by one son, Jake W. Sutton; and one brother, John D. Sutton.
Surviving is his son, Travis (Nicki) Sutton of East Peoria; six grandchildren, Baylee, Maddy, Tucker, Ryliend, Layla and Olivia and one great-grandchild, Zaiden.
Randy was a veteran of the United States Army.
He had worked alongside his brother John at Sutton Trucking for many years. He had retired in the early 2000’s.
An outdoorsman, Randy enjoyed fishing and mushroom hunting. He also enjoyed tinkering with cars.
There will be no services at this time. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
