Randy Stout

TOULON ~ Randy R. “Roscoe” Stout, 59, of Toulon, passed away at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at his home.

He was born August 20, 1955 in Kewanee to Daryl K. and Connie (Ogden) Stout. His parents preceded him in death. He also was preceded by his brother, Daryl Dennis Stout.

Surviving are three brothers, John (Carol “Kari”) Stout of Peoria, David (Carol) Stout of Kewanee and Rick (Linda) Stout of Maine; one sister, Kelly (Bill) Powell of Okawville; thirteen nieces and nephews; twelve great-nieces and nephews; and four great-great nieces and nephews.

He was of the Methodist faith.

Roscoe had worked as a horticulturalist for over 30 years.

Randy loved to play his guitar and liked to go fishing. But more than anything, he was an avid Cubs and Bears fan. He also loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

His graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Toulon Cemetery in Toulon. Rev. Sid Davis will officiate. Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Toulon Fire Department at 402 N. Franklin St. Toulon, IL 61483.
