Rev. Lloyd J Bradshaw

He was born September 8, 1935 in Timbo, Arkansas to Rob and Nora Bradshaw. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Rebecca Bradshaw; three brothers; and one sister.

Surviving are his wife, Donna (Williams) Bradshaw of Pekin, three sons, Lloyd Bradshaw Jr. of Clearwater Beach, FL, David Bradshaw of Greenwood, IN, and Gary Bradshaw of Palm Harbor, FL; two daughters, Tammy Addison of South Pekin and Brenda Weber of Fenton, MO; nine grandchildren; and two brothers, Kenneth Bradshaw of Timbo, Arkansas and Alton Bradshaw of South Pekin.

Rev. Bradshaw has been a minister for the past 58 years pastoring ten different churches in Illinois, Oklahoma and Indiana, including Bethel Baptist Church of Pekin where he ministered for 17 years.

Rev. Bradshaw was a devoted Pastor, husband, father, grandfather and friend who devoted his life to the ministry and loved spending time with family and friends.

His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor Larry Flint will officiate. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, both at the funeral home. Burial will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northside Baptist Church, 108 North Madison Street, Clayton, IL 62324. Northside Baptist Church was formerly Trinity Baptist Church and was originally founded by Pastor Bradshaw.
