Richard "Rick" Scott Tolbert

He was born April 22, 1967, to Richard and Judith (Fitzanko) Tolbert. His parents preceded him in death.

Surviving is the loving mother of his three daughters, Leslie (Candler) Tolbert of Pekin; his three daughters, Terricka (Matias) Kohtz of Manito, Tristan (Dawn Wilson) Tolbert of Peoria and Tianna Tolbert of Pekin; three grandchildren, Noah, Zoey and Cole; his beloved cat, Midnight; three sisters, Diane DeBolt, Julie Reid and Angela Tolbert; three nephews; his dear friend Cindy and his ever-growing church family.

Rick enjoyed caring for his kitty, listening to music and driving his 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass. He loved spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. He was known for his rocking chair, finding bargains, quiet nature, memorable laugh and his devotion to our Lord Jesus Christ.

Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory. A celebration of life is being scheduled for close family and friends.
