Bobby was born January 14, 1959 in Columbus, OH to Robert T. and Gladys (Brennaman) Hastings. They preceded him in death.
Surviving Bobby is his brother, Thomas Hastings of Birmingham, AL.
He worked for Tazewell County Resource Center in general assembly.
Bobby enjoyed playing his guitar and going camping.
A private service will be held at Cedar Memorial Park in Cedar Rapids, IA. Local arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tazwood Mental Health Center or to National Alliance on Mental Illness.
