He was born on April 13, 1960, in Benton, a son of Robert Marvin and Mary Madgalene (Holmes) Fisher, Sr.
Marvin worked at the TCRC Workshop.
He is survived by one sister, Janet Moseley Severdia of Santa Rosa, California.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents and four sisters, Kathy, Rhonda, Karen and Barbara “Bobbie”.
His visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory Pekin Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:30 p.m. Pastor Kim Bacon will officiate. Inurnment will be on a later date at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Farmington.
