He was born on April 13, 1960 in Benton, a son of Robert Marvin and Mary Madgalene (Holmes) Fisher, Sr.
Marvin worked at the TCRC Workshop.
He is survived by one sister, Janet Moseley Severdia of Santa Rosa, California.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents and five sisters, Kathy, Judy, Rhonda, Karen and Barbara “Bobbie”.
His visitation will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. The funeral will follow at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Kim Bacon will officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Farmington.
