
Born May 18, 1980 in Jalisco, Mexico to Juan Cossileon-Magana and Maria Del Carmen Tabarez-Magana, he married Amy Hardy on December 23, 2001 in Quincy. She survives.
Also surviving are his mother of Mexico; two daughters, Destiny Cossileon and Ana Rosa Cossileon, both of Pekin; one son, Rodrigo Cossileon of Pekin; seven brothers and sisters, Miguel Cossileon-Tabarez, Juan Cossileon-Tabarez, Senorina Cossileon-Tabarez, Erica Cossileon-Tabarez, Jose Manuel Cossileon-Tabarez, Isidro Cossileon-Tabarez and Ana Rosa Cossileon-Tabarez.
He was preceded in death by his father; one infant brother and one infant sister.
Rodrigo was of the Catholic faith.
He worked as a cook at Bob Evans in Pekin. Prior to that, he had worked as a cook for several restaurants in the area, including Applebee's, Heavenly Delights, Chili's in East Peoria, Cracker Barrel in East Peoria and Fiesta Ranchero.
Cremation has been accorded. There will be no services or visitation.
