Ruth Crowley

Born on September 9, 1952 in Sikeston, Missouri to Roy Tillman and Ruby (Cohen) Tolbert, she married Robert Crowley on February 14, 1996. He survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Danny (Jackie) Agee and Steve Agee, both of Pekin; seven grandchildren, Jeremiah (Kayla) Stuart, Jerico Stewart, Dylan (Jasmine) Hicks, Nicolas Agee, Piper Agee, Parker Agee and Mistie Ranney; five great-grandchildren, NiKoli, Braxton, Ronan, Lily and Alexander; one brother, Eddy (Sharon) Tillman of Missouri and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Rodger Tillman and Earl Tillman.

Ruth was passionate nurse who loved the work she did, working at several nursing homes in the area throughout the years. She retired from Fondulac Rehabilitation and Health Care in 2025.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren, playing the piano and collecting antiques.

Ruth was a member of New Life Fellowship Church in Pekin.

There are no services scheduled. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
