

BornDecember 27, 1947 in Pekin to Clarence Lincoln and Lillian (Dunning) Brown, she married Dale G. Dwyer on March 5, 1965 in Pekin. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Kyle Russell Fuller of Pekin; one nephew, Gene (Debi) Simer of Pekin and one great-nephew, Zachary David (Brandi) Simer of Manito.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Earl Dornberger; one sister, Carolyn Hazlett; one great-nephew, Joshua Jason Simer.
Sharyn was a cook and tended bar at Brownie’s Tap in Pekin, which was owned by her uncle.
She enjoyed playing billiards. Sharyn loved music, animals and was a modern day Ellie Mae.
Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor W. Lloyd Brock of Pekin First Church of the Nazarene will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
