Susan K Hayworth 80, of Peoria, passed away at 1:15 a.m. on Saturday August 23, 2025 at the Arcadia Care of Morton. She was born on July 15, 1945 in Peoria a daughter of Lenzie and Marion (Seither) Warren. She married Sam Hayworth in 1965 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on April 16, 2004.
She was also preceded by her parents and beloved dogs Chief and Rocky.
Susan is survived by her daughter Angela Hayworth Creech of Pekin; one son, Michael (Corinn) Hayworth of Peoria Heights; two grandchildren, Zakary and Jaxson Hayworth; three sisters, Judy (Bob) Carruthers of Peoria; Nancy Somers of Peoria and Sally (Tom) Hogan of East Peoria.
She was the co-owner of Hayworth Fence Company.
Cremation rites have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes and Crematory of Pekin.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Michael Hayworth for an educational fund for her grandchildren.
