Susie A Peterson

She was born September 5, 1927 in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Martin and Lucy (Molino) Arredondo.

She married Pete Peterson in 1965.

Surviving are three daughters, Doris A. Brown of Pekin, Robin A. (Toby) Trezona of Pollock Pines, California, Lois A. Velasco of Manteca, California; one grandson; Shawn Evans of Reno, NV.; four granddaughters, Heather Brown, Suzanne Walker, both of San Jose, California, Erica Velasco and Diana Velasco, both of Manteca, California.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Johnnie E. Walker Jr. on February 7, 2006 and several brothers and sisters.

Susie worked in nursing for many years in California.

She attended the Christian Church of Alameda, CA. and was a member of the Double Day Book Club.

No visitation or services are planned.  Cremation will be accorded.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel.

The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, PO Box 1230 Washington, DC, 20013 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
