Terri Lou Brand

Born March 26, 1957 in Peoria to Mary Lou Lane and Glen A. Heuermann, she married Olen Glenn Brand on May 15, 1981 in Peoria. He died September 16, 2023 in Pekin. She also was preceded in death by her mother, father and adopted father, Keith Calton Erby.

Surviving are three sisters, Janelle (Dale) Voss of Chatham, Jill (Timothy) Sisk and Michelle Friedrich, both of Pekin and nine nieces and nephews. She also leaves her dearest Zeva, which was her longhair Dachshund

A homemaker, Terri was passionate about animals. She had Paso Fino horses for many years and bred and raised Dachshunds. The name of her business was Red Shale Hill Doxies. She also had a saltwater aquarium and a bird aviary with cockatiels and parrots in her home for many years. Terri enjoyed fishing.

A family gathering celebrating her life will be held in February. Her cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
