

He was born February 9, 1954 in Pekin to Emile and Verna (Bridgeman) Bouchez, Sr. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and his step-father, Roy Edwards.
Surviving are his mother and step-father Verna (Rev. Floyd) Keyes of Pekin; his father and step-mother, Emile (Pat) Bouchez, Sr. of LaSalle; 1 daughter, Brandi (James) Barnes of Hopedale; 1 son, Terry (Angela Long) Bouchez, Jr. of Mt. Carroll; 8 grandchildren, Vanessa, Clint, MacKenzie, William, Justin, Alex, Colin, and Isabella; 3 brothers, Emile (Sherry) Bouchez , Jr. of Mackinaw, Leo (Jill) Bouchez of Delavan and Roy (Sadoko) Edwards of South Pekin; and 4 sisters, Tina (Rob) Moll of Forest City, Pam (Joe) Maslanka of Helena, Montana and Barb (Jim) Matlock and Sharon Dehm, both of Pekin.
Terry last worked for Wagner Steel in Havana and previously for Caterpillar, Inc. in East Peoria.
He was a volunteer firefighter for Cincinnati Fire Protection District in rural Pekin.
Terry enjoyed drawing, Flight Simulator on his computer and building model cars.
His visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Cremation will be accorded following the visitation.
