He was born October 25, 1964 in Peoria to Clarence and Terry (Brown) Gumm. His father preceded him in death.
Surviving are his mother, Terry Gibson of Buzzville; two sons, Corey Gumm and Josh Gumm, both of Peoria; three daughters, Tara Gumm of Peoria, Tia Gumm of Creve Coeur and Jackie Gumm of East Peoria; several grandchildren; and two sisters, Jody Augular of East Peoria and Mikki Gumm of Creve Coeur.
Terry had worked at Pizza Hut until his death. He had previously worked for Caterpillar, Inc.
His memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Monday, January 5, 2014 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur. Visitation will be an hour prior.
