She was born February 22, 1965 in Peoria to Clarence and Pearlie Mae (Jackson) Crooks, Sr. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Montray Crooks and one sister, Linette Crooks.
Tina is survived by four siblings, Woodrow (Agnes) Crooks, Derek Crooks, Clarence Crooks and Teriyan Crooks, all of Peoria.
She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, watching Sponge Bob, reading her Bible and spending time with her family.
Per Tina’s wishes cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be ne services or visitation.
