

He was born July 26, 1994 in Peoria to David Ervin and Kimberly Nicole (Brown) Erxleben.
Surviving are his parents of Loxley, Alabama; two children, Bentley Ryan Erxleben of Pekin and Oaklee Ann Erxleben of Stanford; one brother, Dawson Erxleben of Delavan; two sisters, Delaney Erxleben and Emmy Lou, both of Loxley, Alabama; his girlfriend, Madi Damm of Stanford; paternal grandparents, Dave and Joyce Erxleben of Mapleton; one aunt, Jeni (David) Fisher of Farmington; one uncle, Tim (Michelle) Erxleben of Virginia Beach, Virginia and cousins, Molly (John) Page, Abbey Fisher, Kaleigh Erxleben, David Fisher and Parker Erxleben.
He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents, Bob and Mary Ann Herath.
Tyler worked at Caterpillar, Inc. in East Peoria for three years, where he worked in the heat treat department.
He enjoyed boating, riding four-wheelers and watching sports of all types. He was an outgoing person with a big contagious smile, who was loved by all who knew him. He never knew a stranger. Tyler’s greatest joy in life was his family, especially his children.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services or visitation at this time. A gathering celebrating Tyler's life will be held at a later date.
