

Born March 10, 1927 in Mapleton to Charles and Nellie (Terrell) Heitzman, she married Donald W. Jost on October 12, 1946 in Pekin. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Lynne J. Jost of Bartonville; two grandchildren, Nicole R. McEnroe of Peoria and Douglas A. (Sarah Zoss) Lewis of Morton; three great-grandchildren, Benjamin L. McEnroe, Olivia G. McEnroe, and Samuel A. McEnroe; one brother, Ronald (JoAnn) Heitzman of Bartonville and one sister, Shirley Sprague of Peoria.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Vivian liked her flowers and was a floral designer at Simmons Floral in Peoria for more than 20 years.
Family was very important to her and she found great joy in being very involved with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Pekin.
Cremation will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. A graveside service will be announced at a later date.

BARTONVILLE ~ Vivian Ann Jost, 85, of Bartonville, passed away at 3:35 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Morton Terrace Care Center.
