

Born May 11, 1929 in West Frankfort to Henry Charles and Minnie Belle (Sullins) Shelton, she married James Randall “Jim” Hall, Sr., on June 6, 1947 in West Frankfort. He died February 16, 2013 in Pekin. She also was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Laverne Shelton and Leo Carl Shelton and one sister, Anna Louise Culpper.
Surviving are one daughter, Darlene Kay (John) Clemens of Ormond Beach, Florida and one son, Pastor Randy (Debi) Hall of Morton; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Wanda was a self-employed hairdresser for many years.
She loved the Lord and loved to tell people about Jesus. She was a member of Days of Grace Fellowship in Morton. She was devoted to her family.
No services or visitation are planned. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
