My sincere sympathy to Wayne's family. Wayne was my landlord for over 7 years. He was also a friend. Whenever there was a problem at the apartment, he was always there to fix it in a flash. He was so kind, understanding and just a great person. He would often bring me tomatoes from his garden because he knew I liked them home grown. He just had a great big heart. God be with his family in this time of sorrow.

Prayers for Wayne's family during this most difficult time .
I meant Wayne years ago when I needed a repair to my washer, from that point on, if I had a problems with an appliance I called Wayne, he was the best and honest.
His brother Jesse is a good friend and through him I meant several members of Wayne's family, He has a nice family
