He was born January 1, 1951 in Peoria to Kencil L. and Thelma (Lohr) Ethridge. His parents; one step-brother and one step-sister preceded him in death.
Surviving are one sister, Bonnie Lambert and one step-brother, Ronnie Holiday.
William worked as a laborer in construction.
He played basketball at Woodruff High School and was “All Conference” senior year. He loved life and he lived it his way.
Cremation rites will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services.
Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
