Born March 23, 1926 in Pekin to Baldus and Julia (Helmig) Westervelt, she married Weldon Meyer.
Surviving are one son, Timothy (Brunhilde) Meyer of Pekin; two daughters, Paula (Rich) Phillips of Brainerd, Minnesota and Cheryl of Florida and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one infant daughter and two brothers.
She was a homemaker.
Wilma was of the Catholic faith.
Private graveside services will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
