Betty Keenum Siener

Betty Keenum Siener, age 88 of Alabaster, AL. took the hand of Jesus to her heavenly home on June 20, 2017. A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend who always put her family first. She is survived by her son, Bill “Bubba” (Reba) Siener; daughters, Peggy Seale and Barbara Siener; brother, Kenneth (Judy) Keenum; sister, Peggy Walton; grandchildren, Billy (Tammy) Seale, Shawna (Steve) Ellard, Krista (Phillip) Langston, Susan Siener, Stacie (Bryant) Milam, Stephanie (Jeremi) Herring, Kim (Jerry) Jones and Shea Posey; great-grandchildren, Meagan, Mallory, Brittany, Will, John Thomas, Kayla, Kourtni, Wade, Brayden, Allie, Seth, Keeley and Jeran; and great-great- grandchildren, Emery Claire and Ava Claire. Betty also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; Chester and Cleo Keenum; husband, Bill Siener; son, Keith Siener; brother, Chet Keenum and nephew, Kirk Lorren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 22nd. From 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 2:00pm. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital is Betty's memory.
