Bradley I've wondered about where life took you many times since graduation.
I'm heartened to see that you excelled and prospered.
We had a lot of good times in band.
I especially remember playing in the orchestra for Oklahoma and figuring out some of the crazy keys those pieces were written in for French horn!
You were a good friend and very talented.
You will be missed,

Dear Adam, 
Thank you for sharing these photos of Bradley and mementos of your life together.  I was surprised and saddened to learn of his death.  My prayers are for you, Layne, Terry, his nieces and nephews, and his friends.  Bradley was, in so many ways, like an older brother to me, and through him, my world was broadened and enriched.  I admired his intelligence and the passion with which he pursued learning.   As childhood friends, he taught me board games and card games, and we played them for hours.  He exposed me to band and the fun and work it entailed!  In his first year of college he introduced me to "Letter from a Birmingham Jail" by MLK--and thus began decades-long conversations, sometimes sporadic,  about culture, religion, race,  individual purpose, politics, and the South.   His voice will always echo and be remembered by me.   I'm so glad he found you and that your lives were intertwined in such a meaningful, loving way--how wonderful for both of you to share many years together.

I am saddened to hear this news. I have wonderful memories of Bradley.  I always smiled when I thought of him.  Our personalities meshed and, perhaps too many times, we shared a laugh in high school band.  May he be in heavens' orchestra.

I am so very sad to hear of the loss of Bradley. I haven’t seen him in many years but grew up with him in Gardendale. He was always so smart and kind. I will cherish the memories made with him always.

Oh, Adam, I’m so saddened to learn this and heartbroken for you. I remember Bradley from my high school days when his sister, Layne, and I were close friends. He was such a good kid and it's no surprise he grew up to become such a fine man. It was such a pleasure working with him at Southern Linc. Whenever I had a need to call on Bradley, he was always there to assist me with a pleasant smile and helpful spirit. The world has been a better place because of Bradley’s kind, caring and loving soul. Holding you and his family close in my thoughts and prayers.

Do you think the 70s were ready for teenage Bradley? Oh the stories that his Gardendale buddies back then could tell!

Buzzed off Bradley. Just a couple of weeks ago he discovered his own skills as Backyard Barber Bradley, giving me an almost year overdue pandemic haircut. He did a fantastic job - best haircut I’ve had in decades!

My heart is truly broken with the loss of Bradley. Fortunately, I have all the memories of our lives together and the many ways we shared our lives with family and friends. Thank you to everyone who shared Bradley with me.

I’m especially thankful for the family and friends that have been so supportive during this difficult, painful week and offered their assistance in the midst of their own grief. I also appreciate everyone who has shared memories, pictures, stories and thoughts about their time with Bradley. Bradley was lucky to have been loved and respected by so many wonderful people in his nearly sixty years.

I was sad to learn of Bradley’s passing.  He was always so friendly and had a funny story to tell.  He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lorene Robbins Stewart; he is survived by his partner of 20 years, Adam Plier; sister, Layne Reid (Terry); Life long Friend, Susan Mayfield (Randy); niece, Meredith Reid; nephew, Adam Reid (Laura); great-nephews, Josiah and Judah Reid.
