Claudia Faye Adkins

Claudia Faye Hill Adkins, 81, of Alabaster, Alabama passed away peacefully Thursday, September 26, 2024. She was married for 59 years to Jerry Wayne Adkins, who preceded her in death December 15, 2023.

Faye was executive assistant to the president of Parisian, Inc. for many years and an active member of Executive Women’s International. She served on many neighborhood boards since her retirement.

Faye and Jerry were especially proud of their four beautiful grandchildren, Laura Alberson (Eric), David Adkins, Logan Hill, and Madeline Hill, and one perfect great-grandchild, Sadie Alberson.

Faye and Jerry are survived by their children, David Keith Adkins (Anne) and Tracy Adkins Hill (Doyle); Faye’s beloved sisters, Kathy Walden and Gloria Hydrick; sister-in-law, Rita Adkins; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.

Faye and Jerry will be missed beyond measure, but we hold to the hope and promise of Jesus Christ that assures us they are healed and we will be with them again one day.
