Connie J. Martin

A 1962 graduate of the Mississippi Baptist Hospital Gilfoy School of Nursing in Jackson, Mississippi, Connie retired from the Oteen, VA Medical Center in Asheville, North Carolina with 53 years of service as a Registered Nurse. In her leisure, she enjoyed making her yard beautiful, and spending time with her daughter Sonja, grandson Noah, and close friends.

Connie was preceded in death by her mother, father, and brother. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sonja and Darin Cooper; her grandson, Noah McRae; and her great-granddaughter, Lauraleigh McRae.

Plans for a celebration of Linda's life will be announced at a later date.
