

Dolores Cameron Erber was born on September 21, 1934 in Rutland, Vermont to her loving parents, Clauston and Ella Cameron. She was blessed with a wonderful marriage to Bob Fish for 45 years before his passing. In the spring of April 2005, she married her second love, Jack Erber.
During her lifetime, Dolores diligently worked as a wife, mother, and sales Associate at Parisians/Belk. She had a very special love for her family, her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, and her friends. Dolores was a devoted Christian and a member of Shades Mountain Community Church where she attended faithfully. She was also an active member of Giddeons International Auxiliary alongside her husband for 20 years. She loved the Lord, Jack, and her family more than anything and always put them first in her life.
She was preceded in death by her father, her mother, her late husband, and her oldest daughter, Debbie Lee. Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 20 years, Jack Erber, her sons, Richard (Rhonda) Fish, Tommy Fish (Shelia), her son-in-law, Jeffrey Lee, her daughters Judy (Pete) Adkins, Diane Bredehoft, 11 grandchildren, Marrissa (Brandon) Bond, Christina (Clayton) Thompson, Kyle (Hailey) Lee, Rachel (Jesse) Kepchar, Michelle (Robert) Horn, Laura (Drew) Gonzalez, Chris (Camila) Fish, Brittany (Mitchell) Carter, Colin Simpson, Chelsie (Cody) Ward, Nevin Lochridge, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild.
The family requests for donations to be made in Dolores honor to The Gideons International.
A visitation for Dolores will be held Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Southern Heritage Funeral Home, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124, followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 AM.
