Beth Swisdak Blevins, age 45, of Birmingham, AL passed away Thursday, May 12 ,2016. The Charlotte, NC native was a 1988 graduate of Shades Valley High School's Resource Learning Center. She attended University of Alabama, Birmingham, and her employments included TV graphics artist, veterinary assistant, orthodontic assistant, office manager, Doula, and TV/movie extra.
Beth is survived by her parents, Charles and Joyce Swisdak; husband, Rick Blevins; daughter, Ashley Blevins; son, Matthew Blevins; and sister, Jennifer Swisdak Bernhard. Beth was predeceased by her two brothers, Christopher David Swisdak and Charles Scott Swisdak.
Visitation will be 2-3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL, immediately followed by the 3 p.m. memorial celebration of Beth's life in Ridout's Southern Heritage Chapel.
