Ellen J. Arnold, age 78 of Meadowbrook subdivision, Birmingham, AL passed away Tuesday February 25, 2014. She is predeceased by her parents, John William Jones and Erma Nauella Bevel. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Glen Arnold, two sons, Jerome and Darrel (Debbie) Arnold, five grandchildren, Rachel, Morgan (Joe) Collins, Sydney, Scott, and Sutton Arnold, seventeen siblings, 9 brothers and 8 sisters.
She spent much of her career as a wife, mother and real estate agent. She was a longtime member of Lakeside Baptist Church.
The memorial service for Mrs. Arnold will be at 11:15am on Friday, February 28, 2014 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home, with the visitation beginning at 10:30am.
