Evva was a long-time member of Shades Mountain Independent Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady W. Little Sr., whom she married on March 6, 1937.
Survivors include one son, Grady "G.W." Little Jr. of Hoover; grandchildren, Monica Ward (Mark), Miles Little (Maggie), Grant Little (Lindsey), Meredith Little, and Rachel Little; five great-grandchildren; one nephew, Herbert Sherer (Martha); and one sister, Eugenia Odom.
The family will greet friends one hour before the 1 p.m. funeral on Monday, March 31, 2014 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama. The graveside committal service at Forest Hills Cemetery, Birmingham will be private.
