Faith Reagan Bush

Although our hearts are broken, Reagan was healed when she ran into the arms of Jesus on December 30, 2019. Reagan is survived by her mom and dad, Trish and Mike Acton; William R. Bush, Jr.; grandparents, Paul and Mary Hopkins and Helen Woodard; siblings, Andy Acton, Ben Acton, Reese Bush, Trey Bush; aunts and uncles, Marilyn and Jim Isaminger, Rosemarie and Joe Putman, Annette and Joe Acton, Melody and Davis Queen, Susan and Bob Suddoth; a multitude of cousins, nieces and nephews, adopted sisters and brothers and friends across the globe; lifelong friend and sister, Kassie Williams; very special friend and caregiver, Leona Swift, and the best boyfriend ever, Billy Boston. Honorary pallbearers are Preston Broadhead, Philip Kelce, Jonathan Rachels, Matthew Smith, Robbie Lee, Chris Germany and Leah Tingle.

Reagan spent her happiest moments at Camp ASCCA in Jackson’s Gap, Alabama, and the Exceptional Foundation, Homewood, Alabama. Her weeks and weekends at Camp ASCCA were spent fishing, dancing and enjoying her friends; during her days at the Exceptional Foundation, she enjoyed bowling, art, karaoke and hanging with her friends. She loved playing softball at the EF and cheering for the basketball and volleyball teams. Reagan loved her White Cat, her Red Dog, her iPhone, iPad and TV crime dramas, especially Joe Kenda, Auburn football and country music. She was a past president and past member of the EF’s Aktion Club and enjoyed planning and participating in the club’s community service projects. She never met a stranger and left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her. She will be missed beyond words.

Reagan’s life on earth will be celebrated at the Exceptional Foundation on January 12, 2020, with a time for visiting at 1:00 p.m., service at 2:00 p.m. and a time of fellowship afterward. Shuttle service will be provided from Dawson Memorial Baptist Church. Casual attire is appropriate; Reagan’s favorite color was red and she loved Auburn orange and blue.
