Henry Isaac Morrison Jr.

Ike graduated from Tuscaloosa County High School and earned his undergraduate degree at Livingston University. His professional career spanned several years in electrical sales for multiple prestigious companies.

A Veteran of the U.S. Army, Ike was a member of First Baptist Church of Alabaster, Alabama. In his leisure, he enjoyed golf, spending time with family and friends, and Alabama Football. Roll Tide!"

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hank and Annie Ruth Morrison; brothers-in-law, Jim Brown and Randy Springer; and sister-in-law, Vick Springer.

Ike is survived by his wife, Lynn Morrison, to whom he was married on November 20, 1982; three daughters, Angel Stewart (Bart), Samantha Morrison (Jason), and Whitney Holderfield (Chuck); grandchildren, Rylie and Tanner Stewart, and Dalton, Landon, Grayson, and Jackson Holderfield; sister, Mary Ann Brown; along with in-laws, Mick and Valerie Springer, Debbie Hall, Rick Springer, Beverly Springer, Christy Holcombe, and Keith and Angela Springer; many nieces and nephews. Ike also leaves behind his dog, Murdock.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Alabaster, Alabama from 12 noon to 1 p.m., followed by A Service of Remembrance for Ike at 1 p.m. at the church, 903 3rd Avenue NW, Alabaster, AL 35007. Gravesite committal will be at Southern Heritage Cemetery in Pelham, Alabama.
