I was so saddened to hear of Lowell's passing. I enjoyed many years working with him at the Criminal Justice Center. He was a lot of fun and so knowledgeable about everything! There was a hole when he retired but I was so happy for him. I will always remember how much he loved his family and friends and enjoyed stories about his long history of court reporting and the experiences he went through. I had not seen Lowell in a long time but he looks so happy in this picture and I know he was enjoying life! He always did! May God comfort Ann and his children during this devastating time and give them peace.

This one really hit home and hurts a lot! Mr. Rushing I miss our conversations on the bus ride already talking about the kids and about the different restaurants and asking about each other’s weekend! You’re truly one of kind! I am beyond thankful God allow us to cross path even for a short while! Prayers for the entire family!
