He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Johnnie Bell.
He is survived by his wife, three sisters, and one brother. There will be a memorial service scheduled at a later time.
"There is only one happiness in this life, to love and to be loved." James had an abundance of this happiness. We will miss and love him forever.
