Jean H Benson, age 87, passed from this life in her home on Wednesday April 24 to join her husband, Oscar "Boot" Benson, with the Lord. She is preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Jeffrey Bryan Benson Jr. She is survived by her brother, Bill Harris; Children: Vicki Schutter (Steve), Jeff Benson (Susan), Karen Mermingas (Thanos), Kelly Babler (Luis); Grandchildren: Matthew Benson, Candace Connell, Bryan Benson, Vasiliki Mermingas, Nicolas Babler, and Samuel Babler; Great-grandchildren: Jayden Benson, Cameron Benson, Maggie Connell, and William Benson. Jean was a life long resident of Helena and a member of Helena United Methodist Church. She leaves behind a multitude of friends and loved ones.
