Carolyn graduated from Thompson High School. She earned her Business Certificate from The Prudential and worked there in downtown Birmingham for several years.
A member of Brookwood Baptist Church, Carolyn was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother who especially adored her four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Eugenia Thompson Wallace and Thomas Shirley Wallace; and her husband, Jerry E. Weldon.
Survivors include Carolyn's three children, Nancy Bahos (Max), Jerry Weldon Jr., and Alan Weldon (Karen); and four grandchildren, Nicholas Bahos, Ryan Weldon, Ben Weldon, and Cameryn Weldon.
The graveside service for Carolyn Weldon will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Southern Heritage Cemetery in Pelham, Alabama.
