GRANT, JOHN “JACK,” age 64, of Pelham, Alabama, passed away on November 2, 2011. Employed with Regions Bank. Retired Dep. Sherriff from the Pinellas Sheriffs Dept. Member of the Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, The Ancient Order of Hibernians and was the Drum Major for ISMPB. Retired MSGT with the United States Air Force. Survivors; Wife of 24 years Mrs. Patty Grant; children, Shawn Grant, Michelle (Shane) Bowers, Jim (Amy Van Allen and Vikki (Chris) Rickard; grandchildren, Brooke, Hannah, Kelsey, Jacob, Hudson, Jordan and Shane. Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church on Monday, November 7, 2011 at 10 a.m. with burial in the Alabama National Cemetery at 1:15 p.m. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 6, 2011 from 5-7 p.m. at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church.
