Joe was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Joseph B. Nadler and Louise Nadler in 1943. He graduated from Dunnellon High School before attending the University of Kentucky, majoring in Animal Husbandry. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in June 1964. He was known for his expert marksmanship in his class.
After being honorably discharged from the military with an expert badge in Marksmanship, Joe married the love of his life, the former Linda Kerkhoff, on May 24, 1972. He had a remarkable career in business and sales. He enjoyed horses, riding motorcycles with his friends, scuba diving, and his dogs. He especially enjoyed watching his children play sports when they were young.
Joe's greatest gift is his “giving” spirit and his crazy sense of humor. He gave his heart to many friendships, his time to his family, and his beautiful smile.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Louise, and by his loving and angel daughter, Jennifer “Jenny.“ He excitedly anticipated his joyful reunion with them.
Survivors include Joe's wife, Linda; his children, Rose Arestizabal (Martin), Bobby Nadler (Noha), Nicole McElroy (Jordan), and Joey Nadler (Angela); his sisters, Joanne Horst (late Bob) and Suzette Mueller (Jack); his grandchildren, Emma Arestizabel, Sarah Arestizabal, Zoe Nadler, Ally Nadler, Sophia Nadler, Jack Nadler, Lola McElroy, and Ivey McElroy; Linda’s sisters, Diane Kerkhoff (Nick), Judy Becker (John), Susan Burke (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Brittany Mueller, Andrea Mueller, Kyle Winetraub (Willa), Brianna Winetraub; and his cousins.
The family will hold an intimate ceremony in Cincinnati where Joe will be honored.
