A beautiful and gentle spirit has left us after a brief illness.

Judy LouEllen Chesser was born in Birmingham, AL and lived in Talladega, Oneonta, and Atlanta, GA, where she taught school before moving to New York and working as a flight attendant for 30 years, mostly with T.W.A. She returned to Hoover, AL to care for her ailing mother.

Judy was a University of Alabama graduate who lived an interesting and full life. She traveled the world over and safaried in Kenya while using her talents as a photographer and artist.

Judy is survived by her sister, Alyce Chesser of Greenville, SC; and her brothers, Randy Chesser (Barbara) of Prattville, AL and Steve Chesser of Hoover. Also survived by five nieces and nephews, whom she dearly loved. She had beloved friends worldwide.

In searching Judy's number in Hoover to contact her once again I came upon this page. Today, a part of my heart is truly broken. And I am in tears. One of the sweetest, dearest most beautiful human beings I ever had the sheer joy of knowing is gone. Judy, I Love You and your memory shall be in my heart and soul through all of eternity. I was blessed to have known you.
