Julia was a beautiful woman inside and out. Our hearts hurt for the family because we know you will miss her so much! It is comforting to know she knew her Lord and is now in His presence. We will pray for you as you mourn for her death, yet rejoice for her well-lived life.

Mr. and Mrs. McKinney tried to get my husband Dave and me to call them "Ed and Julia" for years, but it seemed disrespectful somehow. We loved and looked up to them so much. After he passed, and I lost my gardening buddy, somehow she became "Julia." It was as if we had become girlfriends after all those years. I will miss our talks and her smile, just as I miss him every day. What a beautiful example of a Christian marriage. What a wonderful family they had together.
