The graveside service for Lawrence Adams will begin at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Southern Heritage Cemetery in Pelham, Alabama. Minister Tommy DeRamus will officiate.
After the Ventura, California native graduated from Exiter High School in Exiter, California, he served in the U.S. Air Force for four years as an air traffic control radar repairman. Later, he launched his long-time professional career in engineering in the telecommunications industry. A Freemason, he enjoyed bass fishing, bowling, country music, and spending time with his family in his leisure.
Lawrence is survived by his wife, the former Anne Marilyn Radant, whom he married on July 7, 1973; children, Larry Adams (Claudette), Mike Richards (Terry), and Kathy Parker (Martin); grandchildren, Larry Adams (Lauren), Laura Beth Robinson (Wok), Shayn Adams, Jana Parker, Crystalin Trossen (Andy), and Cherise Rhye (Jordan); eight great-grandchildren; and one sister, Shirley Ann Kirby.
