Lynn Linton Terry

After graduation from Athens (Alabama) High School, Lynn completed training in Dental Hygiene at Calhoun Community College in Huntsville, Alabama. Her professional career as a dental hygienist spanned several years with Drs. Fiorella, Bell, Yates, and Harb.

Lynn was a member of First Baptist Church of Pelham, Alabama. Her favorite pastimes included tennis, shopping, and everything outdoors.

Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, Zeda and H.M. Linton; sister, Ann Gaston; and son, Gerald "Wade" Terry, II. She is survived by her husband, Gerald W. Terry, whom she married on June 26, 1964; two daughters, Leisa Skinner (Ray) and Dalyn Morgan (Jackson); one son, Jeran Terry; granddaughter, Braylee Skinner; grandsons, Braxton Skinner (Maegen) and Michael Terry; great-granddaughter, Brynlee Skinner; and brother, Johnny Linton (Vickie).

Visitation will be at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124, on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 2-4 p.m., including an informal time of sharing memories of Lynn at 3 p.m.
