Next to Yesenia's Catholic faith, her greatest joy in life came from caring for her husband, Valentin Mondragon, and their three daughters, Allyson, Anna, and Crystal. In addition to her parents, husband, and daughters, Yesenia is survived by her brother, Omar Benites (Eliza Morfin).
Visitation will be Monday, May 15, 2023 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham from 2-3 p.m., followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 3 p.m. at the funeral home, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124. Burial will be at the adjoining Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham.
