Mark was a graduate of Huffman High School and attended Auburn University.
Mark enjoyed hunting and fishing and outdoor activities. He was a sports enthusiast and staunch supporter of both the Auburn Tigers and the Atlanta Braves.
Mark liked to share stories and was a good conversationalist. He was a very devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend.
Mark was predeceased by his oldest brother, Ron. He is survived by his parents, Olivia and Gene, brothers Dan and Walter (Susan): his nephews Steve, Doug, Gil, Grant and Sam: his nieces Julia: great grand nephews, grand nieces, cousins, sister-in-law Donna.

A Service of Burial will take place at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 2870 Acton Road, Birmingham, Alabama , Friday, June 2 at 11:00.
