Matthew's family will receive friends Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by A Service of Remembrance at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124.

Our son Matthew is one of the greatest LOVES in our life. As his parents, we are so proud to call him our son. Matthew, which means “gift of God,” represents exactly who he is and will always be to us.
Matthew brought into our lives so much love, generosity, and humor (albeit, sometimes very questionable humor and occasional grumpiness 🙂) that we will remember every day, until we see him again…
