Michael graduated from W. A. Berry High School in 1969 and continued his education at Jefferson State Community College and then attended Bessemer Tech from 1976 to 1977. Michael enjoyed a long career in the banking industry as a senior IT specialist, beginning with Central Bank and eventually retiring from BBVA after 33 years of service.
He shared 34 years of marriage with his wife, Audrey Regina Faulkner, building a life together filled with love, companionship, and cherished memories.
He enjoyed working with electronics and computers, even at one time taking pride in building his own computer, cheering on Alabama football, grilling with family, and fishing. He also had a love for dogs and cats, especially his shared companion, Thumper. Michael will be remembered with love by his family and friends.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents Ralph Jr. and Mildred Faulkner, loving wife Audrey Reginia Faulkner.
He leaves behind to carry on his legacy his children, Michael Thomas Faulkner (Connie), Michelle Howze (Kevin), Chris Faulkner (Kerrie), brother, Steve Faulkner (Sandra), grandchildren, Levi Michael Faulkner, Faith Howze, Tyler, Dylan, and Christian, Niece, Lauren Gallo, and nephew, Cameron Faulkner.
