Steve Moon, 68, of Birmingham, AL passed away April 20, 2025. He was born in Gadsden, AL on June 28, 1956. Steve graduated from The University of Alabama where he received an Electrical Engineering Degree. He also earned a Master’s in Business Degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. He later obtained his PMP Certification and really enjoyed this line of work. He was able to travel all over during his many years of working and looked forward to seeing each new place.
Steve enjoyed and loved spending time with his family. He also had a passion for The University of Alabama football and spent many Saturdays watching their games.
Steve is survived by Jo Lynn Moon, (wife); Michael Moon, (son), Melissa Moon, (daughter) and, grandchildren (William and Connor Moon).
Funeral arrangements will be held at Southern Heritage on 4/24/25 with visitation 1:30pm-2:30pm. Graveside services will be immediately following at 2:30pm.
