Michalian's long-time, professional career was in cafeteria operations and management for public school systems.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Joe McCormick, and one daughter, Vonda Gilliam.
Survivors include Michalian's son, Steven Gregory McCormick; grandchildren, Sarah Gilliam, Andrew Gilliam (Katie), Anna Lee McCormick, and Michael McCormick; and great-grandchildren, Hudson Reid Gilliam, Merritt Elizabeth Gilliam, and Charlotte Olivia Allen.
The graveside service will be Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Southern Heritage Cemetery, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124.
